Ensuring the Best Hair Experience

At cherrillx, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute you enter our doors to the moment you leave our Hair Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Consultation Policy 
1. Book consultation at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Come with your hair freshly washed and dried.
3. If you decide hair extensions are for you,  a 50% deposit is required.

Appointment Policy
1. Come with freshly washed and dried hair.
2. The remaining 50% is paid after 
installation and styling. 

Cancelation Policy
1. Must cancel 48 hours in advance to receive 50% deposit.
2. If not cancelled 48 hours in advance, you may re-book your appointment. 

Redo Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, our team would be happy to consult the issue and determine a solution together! Client redo’s will only be honoured if we are contacted within 10 business days of the original service provided with the same stylist. The redo policy does not cover a change in the original style or color. We will not be liable for services done outside of our salon.
